You can register with our website if you would like to receive club newsletters, news items and event announcements.
We use the information you provide about yourself when registering to receive newsletters, news items and event announcements for these purposes only.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We will contact you if there are any changes to this privacy policy using the the contact details you have provided, and we will promptly respond to any request we receieve to permanently remove all data you have supplied to us - with the exception of any legal requirements to archive and supply national agencies with any such data as is required by law in the Republic of Ireland.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, information recorded about our junior members is only accepted with documents signed by parents/guardians.
Photos of juniors on our website will only be published with written permission from parents/guardians, and in consultation with the club's Children's Officer(s).
You can access all your (or your children's) personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by making a request in writing to the Chief Instructor of the club. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a written statement that credibly shows error.
