Photos from Ginger Ninja Trickster Waterford training

Ten students from Maynooth TKD School made the trip to Tramore, Waterford for the GNT training

it was a a great session (although the 9-minute final workout was a bit much!)

Many thanks to Mark White of Holy Cross TKD School Tramore for inviting us, and to Aaron Gasser, the Ginger Ninja Trickster, and Jake Rogers, for teaching a great workshop.
