Patterns: Toi-Gye
The leading hand is brought to a position approximately 10 to 15 cm in front of the opposite shoulder with the palm facing approximately 45 degrees outwards. The rear hand is brought to a position further back, keeping the arm bent slightly, with the hand at approximately eye level and facing away from the body.
The leading hand is brought downwards and outwards from the body while twisting the hand into position so that the inner forearm is the blocking tool used. The rear hand is brought towards the leading hand, again twisting as it moves, so that it finishes with the base knuckle of the little finger approximately 3 cm in front of the elbow of the front arm.
